  • A rent deposit of $200 per person is required to sign*
  • Leases are signed by appointment only, and you must have your drivers license

  • Check the website for availability of the unit. If it says rented, that means a lease has already been signed for that unit for the 2025/2026 CMU school year.
  • Website status will change from Available to Rented only after the lease has been signed.

ALL TENANTS ARE REQUIRED AT THE LEASE SIGNING.

THERE IS NO Application fee!  THERE IS NO Utility fee!  NO HIDDEN FEES! EVER!!

Payments accepted by cash, check, money order or Venmo. No credit cards. Checks should be made payable to NANCY McGUIRK.

All of the units listed are fully licensed with the City of Mt. Pleasant.

PLEASE NOTE: All units come unfurnished. Some units will have an end table and lamp in the living room and some will  have bar stools. Furniture provided will not be removed.

*A $200 RENT DEPOSIT and $185 cleaning fee (per person) are due at the lease signing. Your $300 security deposit is due on or before August 7, 2025. Cash, Check,  Money Order, or Venmo will be accepted.

Payment Options are as follows: A, B, and C (For $90 Rebate per person)

Payment Plans

  • (A) - One Payment: August 7, 2025
  • (B) - Three Payments: June 1, August 1, and November 1
  • (C) - Two Payments: July 1 and October 1
  • (D) - Three Payments (No Rebate): August 1, October 1, and Dec. 1
